Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate executive search firm, is helping our client, a national industrial real estate investment firm hire a Senior Associate, Portfolio Management based in New York City.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing portfolio analytics, monitoring trends, and advising strategies that maximize value, and drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining portfolio cash flows and waterfall returns projections
- Leading valuations
- Delivering existing portfolio trends and projections to the Investments team
- Producing disposition and hold-sell analyses and performance tracking
- Collaborating with the Investments and Capital Markets teams on financing/refinancing opportunities
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and year-end performance reports internally and to investors/capital partners
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
