Vice President Acquisition

SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions to join a diversified real estate investment manager.

This high-impact leadership role will drive multifamily value-add acquisitions across key markets, shaping the firm’s investment strategy and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and underwrite value-add multifamily investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of off-market and brokered deals
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and financing structures
• Work closely with executives, asset managers, and lenders to optimize investments
• Prepare and present investment memorandums to leadership and investors

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of real estate acquisitions experience
• Proven track record in multifamily value-add investments
• Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution skills
• Existing broker, lender, and owner relationships in TX, FL, GA, NC, TN
• Highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
