Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist patients and their families.
- Manage and maintain patient appointment scheduling.
- Keep the front desk organized and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Support marketing efforts and patient engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure a smooth, efficient office experience.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding patient needs.
- Handle patient communication via phone, text, and email.
- Contribute to the success of the team by providing daily support.
