Description
At Meyer Dana Orthodontics, we provide beautiful smiles to children and adults in our progressive & fun practice while priding ourselves on our outstanding customer service! We have an open position on our Financial team. As a key member of this Financial team, you will ensure all patient financial information is maintained in an accurate and organized manner within our practice management software. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to :
- Data input of patient financial agreements
- Processing patient payments
- Maintaining patient payment information in accordance with HIPAA
- Reconciling daily & monthly close
- Maintaining A / R for patients
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities :
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with hours generally between 7 : 50 am and 5 : 15-5 : 30 pm. One day per month you will start at 6 : 30 am. Excellent benefits including PTO; health, dental & vision insurance; retirement & others.
