Job Summary : Responsibilities :
- Computer Deployment :
Unbox and inventory new computer hardware.
Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate inventory of IT equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware issues (e.g., monitor problems, peripheral connectivity).
Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
Assist the IT team with various projects and tasks as needed.
