Summary
Specialty Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our clinic to provide essential support for our organization’s IT systems. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of our hardware, software, and networks. The candidate must be open to traveling to all SOG locations to provide IT support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
- Set up and configure computer hardware, software, and network devices
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting
- Document technical processes and maintain inventory records
- Carry out special tasks at COO’s direction
- Interact with staff as required
- Provide after hours support as well as weekend maintenance on a rotation basis
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of computer hardware software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Willing to travel to all SOG sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comp TIA A certification
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite
Basic knowledge of network protocols and security practices
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
