Summary
The Sales Effectiveness Manager manages and oversees key sales functions to ensure that they work effectively together. This position will include planning, reporting, management, sales process optimization, program implementation and administration.

- Direct and oversee the Organization's sales processes, training and initiatives
- Understand the capabilities and resources and work meticulously to drive organic growth across business units
- Develop internal and external communication plans including a comprehensive playbook of best practices for Account Managers
- Develop reports and insight
- Develop transparency into market trends, competitive dynamics, growth opportunities, and customer and end-user behavior and purchasing decisions
- Assess and recommend optimal sales design and organization structure, coverage, and productivity improvement
