Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a passion for financial management to join our team in the restoration industry. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our company. If you are a dedicated finance professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial records and accounts of the restoration company.
- Prepare financial statements and reports related to restoration projects.
- Collaborate with our estimators and project managers to track project costs and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with compliance and reporting related to disaster recovery funding sources.
- Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (will accept equivalent work experience in lieu).
- Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
