Roofing Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Roofing Operations Supervisor to oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple job sites effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of commercial roofing projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet company quality standards.
• Oversee and manage roofing crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and adherence to safety regulations.
• Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines to minimize workplace hazards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including work progress reports, safety records, and
material inventories.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve issues and keep projects on
track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize productivity.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for field staff.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement solutions promptly.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal
roofing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift heavy materials as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years in a supervisory role.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
