What You’ll Do:
· Partners with associates and management and communicate various HR policies, procedures and laws
· Actively solves complex employee relations and behavior concerns to foster a workplace where employees thrive.
· Provides performance management guidance and coaching to all levels of management.
· Provides leaders and managers with an HR perspective on business decisions by leveraging a strong knowledge of all HR functions.
· Provides expertise with Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives and analyzes trends as an active participant with solutions and insight to improve metrics.
· Engages with our Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Credentialing, Legal, HRIS and other People departments to gain information and resolve associate issues.
Who we are looking for:
· An HR professional with 5-7 years of experience of well-rounded HR Business Partner skillset.
· Experience supporting a larger organization (multi-state and healthcare a plus but not required).
· Extensive employee relations experience and work experience in fast paced environment.
· A problem solver who blends analytical insight with a people-first approach.
· Desire to work in a healthcare setting and the passion to learn.
· Confident coach and advisor that is ready to partner with leaders at all levels.
· Certified or experienced in HR best practices (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP preferred).
