SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities :
- Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins.
- Out-of-Stock / Not Available Calls.
- Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers.
- Verbal Phone Requests and Refills.
- Communication with Billing Department.
- Reports
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Management.
Qualifications :
Shift - 9a-5 : 30pm.
