Key Responsibilities
- Material & Job Preparation:
- Review all materials at the staging area before departing for the job site, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Use the CompanyCam app to document material condition and verify the specified location for delivery.
- Confirm job details, including customer contact information, location, and delivery time.
- Safety & Equipment Management:
- Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT guidelines.
- Follow maintenance procedures, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate logs.
- Operate the gutter machine safely, adhering to all safety precautions, and ensure proper machine functionality on-site.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses, working with the team to prevent future occurrences.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers upon arrival to ensure smooth job execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
- Job Site Management:
- Maintain an organized trailer, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available and properly stored.
- Be punctual and ensure that all job tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Complete and manage work orders efficiently, ensuring all job details are recorded accurately.
- Sales Support:
- Make 50-60 phone calls per day to assist the team in driving sales when not on job sites.
- Build relationships with potential customers and follow up with leads to support sales growth.
- Preventative Maintenance & Quality Control:
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs to track service history and schedule preventive maintenance as needed.
- Identify any recurring issues in job processes or equipment and work with the team to implement preventative measures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee and manage job site inventory, ensuring that materials and tools are properly accounted for and replenished as needed.
- Regular work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and transport materials and operate equipment.
- High level of phone-based customer outreach when not working on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field management, job site operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in mobile apps for documentation (e.g., CompanyCam) and CRM systems for managing customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
