Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reading plans, completing takeoffs, and procuring vendor quotes.
  • Attend Prebid meetings and bid openings.
  • Understanding the job scope process including site logistics, unforeseen and existing conditions, and constructability issues.
  • Provide support to estimators to help develop applicant's understanding of estimating process.
  • Construct estimates for review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,387.00 - $83,173.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
