What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Estimator position at Spectra Infosystems Inc?
OBJECTIVES
- Conduct site visits and meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget, providing professional advice on design and project feasibility.
- Create and present innovative landscape designs, including 2D/3D renderings and sketches, incorporating sustainable practices and functional solutions.
- Recommend appropriate plants, hardscaping materials, irrigation systems, and lighting features to align with the client’s goals and environmental conditions.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Develop and submit comprehensive project proposals and formal bids for residential and commercial landscape projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, field crews, suppliers, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs and adherence to project timelines.
