What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reinforcing (Rebar) Steel Detailer position at Spectra Infosystems Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and document all aspects of the project, work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule
- Prepare drawing packages and issue to the client as per scheduled delivery dates.
- Meet with the client at the start of the project to establish communication, guidelines, expectations, anticipate changes and needed adjustments and make sure both parties work well together during the longevity of the project
- Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and scope of work
- Manage RFIs and Change Orders.
- Work with the team of Detailers, Modelers and Checkers to achieve desired results.
- Meeting Project Delivery Deadlines.
- Ensure all the office procedures, manuals and client standards are understood and followed.
- Keeping track of schedules and deliveries on all the jobs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.13 - $27.86 per hour
Experience:
- Reinforcing (Rebar) Steel Detailer: 5 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
