A Maintenance Technician in a production facility is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems used in the production process. Their primary objective is to minimize downtime and optimize productivity by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on production equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and automated systems. Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic malfunctions.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule, including lubrication, calibration, cleaning, and part replacements to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify equipment failures using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and expertise to minimize production disruptions.
