We are dedicated to attracting and retaining talented employees and are looking for a top-notch Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience doing high volume recruiting for Light Industrial positions.
Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates daily. This position demands a high level of communication, attention to detail, and activity. You will also interact with customers, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

- Competitive base salary $62,000k - $70,000/year with uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job board databases such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Interact with clients to determine specific needs and provide staffing solutions
- Perform complete onboarding and hiring processes, including payroll documentation and reference checks
- Ensure accurate data entry of employment applications into the ATS to comply with State and Federal tax regulations and DOT regulations for commercial drivers
- Process and complete tax paperwork using E-Verify to ensure compliance with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
- Screen candidates through phone interviews, in-person interviews, and assessments to determine job fit
- Assist in the collection and client approval of electronic timecards weekly, ensuring payroll accuracy for the branch
- Meet KPI metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of high volume industrial recruiting preferably within the Staffing industry
- Proficiency in sourcing and using various recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High level of organization and sense of urgency to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent professional interaction skills and strong phone and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Creative, energetic, and positive attitude
