Basic Job Functions :
The Business Process Manager - Finance will lead teams of individuals from NBT as well as the divisions to improve and automate business processes. This individual will be responsible for securing expert resources internal to client and consultants.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to :
- Leading the design and implementation process in finance for the sheet, plate, and structural divisions including inventory valuation and costing, financial reporting and controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, projects, and fixed assets.
- Serving as key point of contact between division leadership and the NBT team.
- Working with division leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Safety is the most important part of all jobs within client; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
