What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Project Coordinator position at SPECTRAFORCE?
Job Title: Project Coordinator | Level IV
Duration: 6-month assignment with possible conversion
Location: Hartford, CT 06183 (Hybrid) (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Manage project setup, closeout, and ongoing maintenance within Workfront.
- Proactively track and update critical project information in Workfront, including tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Lead the routing process for creative assets using Workfront Proof, collaborating with Planners and the PMO.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Project Management & Planning teams.
- Identify and communicate project issues, risks, and roadblocks to PMO leadership.
- Develop and actively maintain project timelines for low-complexity projects.
- Escalate issues related to timing, tasks, resources, and assets to the PMO team.
- Coordinate and schedule project-related meetings with internal teams.
- Update and maintain internal project status documents based on input from Project Managers.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing the entire lifecycle of a project.
- Experience with project management tools, particularly Workfront.
