What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager IV position at SPECTRAFORCE?
Job Title: Product Manager IV
Location: Onsite (Seattle, WA)
Duration: 10 months
Job Description:
Key Projects:
1. Launching five new QuickSight dashboards for specific customers. This will include defining/refining requirements, identifying new sources of data, executing with the Tech/Data team on those requirements, conducting user testing, collaborating with other team members on change management processes, launching the dashboards, and supporting/troubleshooting post-launch issues. Some of these changes will require coordination with 3P/1P owners of other products to implement UI changes and adjusting the data pipeline with our internal team.
2. KTLO and maintaining existing QuickSight dashboards and related data pipelines. We automatically integrate with 4 different front-end products to collect and aggregate volunteering data to support our Steam goal to engage in volunteering. This process requires significant transformations to the data to get it ready for front-end reporting in QuickSight. Given this complexity, we often experience bugs or issues that either break the ingestion or reporting process. We need a single threaded owner to be the escalation point when issues arise: troubleshooting the issue, working with tech to prioritize and resolve, and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
3. KTLO for Smartsheets volunteering intake tool. Global Ops populations provide volunteering data through a tracking solution in Smartsheet. This product includes the front-end forms where volunteering data is submitted and the back-end sheets where that data is stored. KTLO for this product includes coordinating with tech to archive back-end data as needed, troubleshooting user experience issues if they arise, implementing new features as needed, coordinating changes to the data ingestion pipeline with tech, and collaborating with other team members on change management processes.
