What's The Job?
We are building Palette , our Kubernetes management platform designed for technical practitioners—platform teams, DevOps, and system administrators. You'll dive deep into their challenges, understand their workflows, and translate those insights into impactful features that help them manage Kubernetes at scale—without the pain.
This means you need to be technical, speak their language, and be hands-on with Kubernetes, so you can shape the features that will make the biggest difference.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our core platform and ecosystem . You will be responsible for Palette's operational readinessscalabilityand extensibility, covering areas such as operational continuity, access controls, security auditing, licensing & usage insights, and more.
Additionally, you will own our content strategy, expanding our integrations and Kubernetes pack ecosystem to maximize value for users.
You'll be part of a tight-knit, fun, and driven product and engineering team, bringing your product management expertise and Kubernetes technical skills to shape the future of Spectro Cloud.We work as a team, and we are overall responsible for the Spectro Cloud product offerings. Amongst other things, you will help us drive :
- Roadmapping and product strategy
- User stories & persona definitions
- Feature discovery and definitions
- Feature delivery, descriptions, demos, etc.
- Field updates and training activities
- Competitive analysis
- Product management and engineering process improvements
- User experience
- Assist with sales and marketing collaterals
Location
This is a
full-time position based in our headquarters in San Jose, California, following a hybrid work model.
