Job Title: Part-Time Administrator

Location: Spectrum ABA - Piedmont Location

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Break

Job Description: Spectrum ABA is seeking a dedicated, organized, and creative Part-Time Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including front desk duties, administrative work, cleaning responsibilities, and creative support for our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is secure, organized, and welcoming

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle general clerical duties such as making copies, filing documents, and tracking office supplies.
  • Upload staff and client documents to the Aloha system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling and other administrative support as needed.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the front office and common areas.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and inviting environment for both clients and staff.

Creative Support:

  • Develop and create materials for BCBAs and staff members, including handouts, presentations, and other resources.
  • Bring creative ideas to enhance our office operations and client materials.

General Duties:

  • Remain stationed at the front desk to monitor safety and support operations during your shift.
  • Provide assistance in various tasks as needed to help Spectrum ABA run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, computers).
  • Ability to effectively use the Aloha system for document management.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to produce quality materials for our clinical team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
