Key Responsibilities
Aspire System Management
- Work Ticket Management – Create, track, update, and ensure timely completion.
- Route Creation – Plan and adjust janitorial team schedules efficiently.
- Timekeeping Maintenance – Ensure accurate time records and resolve discrepancies.
- Supply Ordering – Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track deliveries.
- Work Order Completion & Invoicing – Ensure all completed work orders are correctly documented for invoicing.
- Issue Tracking & Resolution – Identify, document, and resolve any issues affecting workflow.
ServiceChannel System Management
- Work Ticket Management – Assign, update, and track service requests.
- Invoice Matching – Verify service completion details against invoices to ensure accuracy.
Inova/UKG HRIS Platform Administration
- Payroll Preparation – Process payroll, verify hours, and correct discrepancies.
- Employee Onboarding – Set up new hires in the HRIS platform and ensure accurate records.
- Training Compliance – Track required employee training and certifications.
General Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate documentation across all platforms.
- Generate operational reports and provide insights to leadership.
- Assist with communications between teams to streamline workflows.
Training & Tools Provided
- Training on Aspire, ServiceChannel, and Inova/UKG HRIS Platform to ensure proficiency.
- Internal playbooks for structured task completion.
- Ongoing support & performance feedback.
Salary : $10 - $12
