We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our team in Hines, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Material Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance standards. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining records, documenting information, and utilizing reports to monitor warehouse project status.
In this role, you will also be responsible for participating in interview panels, recommending candidates, and collaborating with government personnel to enforce operating instructions and safety policies.

Requirements:
Education: High School Education (1-2 years of additional training and/or education is preferred)
Experience: 5 YEARS of Supervisory experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Operations
