As a full-time Spectrum Accountant, you will be responsible for producing financial reports for a portfolio of associations. You will build relationships with our management company clients, providing guidance and clarity with regard to association finances.
Responsibilities
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Create journal entries in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Produce monthly financial reports
• Assist clients with accounting questions
• Enter year end audit entries
• Assist with annual audits and reviews
• Assist with annual budget entry
• Research and resolve accounting issues
• Assist with on-boarding new clients into the software
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting OR at least 5 years accounting/bookkeeper experience including financial preparation\
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
*Must pass through a background check and satisfactorily pass a personal credit check during the final interview steps
Benefits, Hours and Pay
Business Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm Salary range for this position is $45,000-65,000 depending on prior accounting experience The compensation package also includes:
