Spectrum Employee Services is seeking a self-motivated, high achieving, hardworking individual that is excited about being part of a successful team. The HR Admin is an integral part of the team by helping with day-to-day operations. This office operates at a brisk pace adapting to the ever-changing Human Resource Management workplace; the team is constantly challenged to improve customer service, optimize systems, and provide quality products for their more than 300 clients. When working with Spectrum Employee Services, an individual must be ready to step into a fast-paced and challenging workplace with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with special projects and activities
- Assist with customer service
- Leverage HRIS software to manage HR operations
- Facilitate client new hire orientations
- Facilitate office tasks and routine operations
- Organize documents, files, mailings, and parcels
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
