Position : Temp-to-Hire Accountant
Location : Fairfax, VA
Hours : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting individual to join our team in a temp-to-hire capacity. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative and accounting skills who thrives in a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional support at the front desk, including greeting members and handling inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Record financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Work with general ledger (GL) codes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Upload payments and maintain financial records.
