About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our team at Spectrum Health Systems. As an Outpatient Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing quality individual clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual clinical services and case management to assigned clients.
- Lead group treatment sessions using the Spectrum curriculum and follow established group facilitation protocols.
- Refer clients to community-based services as necessary.
- Maintain current clinical skills and licensure through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in a field such as clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
- Preferrably licensed as LICSW or LMHC.
