Job Description
- Provides visual design solutions and to create easy-to-understand reports that deliver insights
- Performs standard data analysis such as descriptive statistics and trend analysis
- Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools (e.g. SAP Business Objects, etc.)
- Proactively works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create information solutions based on business, clinical, or project requirements needed to drive improvement in support of business unit/service line strategies
- Works with Sr. and Lead BI Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness and efficiency
- Supports process and quality improvement activities
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, application programming, software development, information systems, database administration, mathematics, engineering, or other related field
- 2 years of relevant experience Required
