Disability Evaluation-Clinical Psychologist

Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Clinical Psychologist - Disability Evaluation and Limited Duty Provider at Jacksonville Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Highlights:  No Weekends and No Holidays

• Freedom from on-call responsibilities 
• Highly desired location with low cost of living
• Give back and care for our Nation's armed forces
• Initiate Physicial Evaluation and Limited Duty boards on Service Members that are not deployable
• Conduct re-evaluations for those place on Temporary Disability Retirement List
• Diagnose and evaluate mental and emotional disorders of individuals and refer them to the Disability program if appropriate

Requirements:

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (APA required)
• Successful completion from an internship in Psychology (APA required)
• Have a minimum of one year experience in the past three yesars working with a Military population
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State
• BLS Certification from AHA Required.
