We are seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative in the state of Texas to join our team and help drive growth through direct sales, customer engagement, and business development. This role will play a vital part in identifying opportunities, forming relationships, and meeting sales objectives.
This is a commission-only position with the flexibility to be done on a part-time, full-time, or 1099 contract basis. Compensation is based solely on sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential.
1. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective pharmacy customers to drive new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored pharmacy service solutions to achieve sales goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of Spectrum’s pharmacy services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
- Attend and participate in sales team meetings, providing updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and new opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
