Spectrum of Solutions is searching for full-time, compassionate Receptionist to join our highly respected team in the Permian Basin (Midland and Odessa) area. In this position you will play an essential role in being the first point of contact for the organization, serving as a crucial link between the organization and external visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive first impression of the organization by maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring that all visitors, clients, and guests are welcomed with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals and add call to the call log.
- Relay messages effectively to the intended recipients.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Register and check-in visitors and maintain appropriate visitor log.
- Collaborate with other departments to relay messages, coordinate appointments, and provide support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Must be able to work onsite (not a remote role)
- Valid Texas driver's license and related insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
