About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager oversees all sales operations within their designated region. Your responsibilities will include motivating and training the sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. This position is also responsible for achieving sales goals through acquiring and developing new customers and expanding the product line within the existing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Regional sales targets and expand customer base
- Motivate team to consistently hit revenue targets
- Give product recommendations, application instructions, and quote jobs for architectural, commercial, and industrial clients
- Manage, develop, lead, evaluate, recruit sales staff
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand needs and identify business opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by VP-Sales
Required Skills
Pay range and compensation package
Salary negotiable based on sales and management experience and paint industry knowledge. Position is eligible for benefits including options of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life / AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Accident, and other insurance. This position will utilize a company cell phone, company laptop, and a company vehicle.
