A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As an Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Rep (CSR), you answer phone calls from current and prospective customers to schedule estimates, provide paint colors, confirm start dates, and handle any other inquiries they may have. You will schedule estimates in Google Calendar and input information in our CRM system. Handling all correspondence, you also answer texts from customers looking for more information about our services or wanting to set up an estimate or make a payment. You will attend and participate in scheduling meetings to ensure all jobs start on a timely basis. General filing, creating job estimates, scanning, ordering office supplies, and other special projects will be required as needed. There are opportunities for sales bonuses if you could use your customer service skills to book appointments from customer referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

- Computer and technology savvy
