Description
The Quality Assurance Technician is a person that makes sure QMS requirements at the manufacturing floor are meet. Quality Assurance Technician represents the Quality Department in day to day operations at the manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform special acceptance sampling whenever required.
- Review of manufacturing run packers (DHR) to assure that good documentation practices are meet, dimensional requirements are meet, assure that documented process parameters are the correct ones (whenever applicable) as part of independent review and for production release.
- Generate COC’s or COA’s as applicable.
- Follow applicable, support clean room monitoring activities.
- When applicable, support validation efforts.
- Perform any task required by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual: Ability to read, write, and speak English/Spanish.
- Supervision: Reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
