As a Manager of Sales Operations on the Local Sales Operations and Strategy team, you’ll work with Sales to make sure they have the data, information and materials needed to support the sale of our innovative multi-screen product portfolio. Your creativity and attention to detail will provide essential partnership support, setting up our teams and business for success. What Our Managers Of Sales Operations Enjoy Most

  • Managing all market Account Planners (APs) and Account Coordinators (ACs)
  • Interviewing, selecting, and onboarding all ACs and APs
  • Regularly meeting with Sales management
  • Managing market trade requests and needs
  • Assisting in market reporting that is requested

Required Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

  • Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Technical Skills: Strata View, Pilot, TIM and/or CRM
  • Skills: Knowledge of Ad Sales products
  • Abilities: Multi-task
