HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: HR Manager
Compensation: $85 - $95K bonus

Your Role:
Our HRBP will support managers and employees in various HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and payroll. You will provide strategic guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. You will be find creative solutions and work with a dynamic and growth-minded HR group.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
- Support employee engagement, development, acquisition, and retention strategies
- Oversee compensation, payroll issues, and HRIS tasks
- Lead change management initiatives and drive company programs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years’ experience in progressive HR roles with a solid generalist foundation – manufacturing setting experience is a MUST!
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related filed
- MBA or HR certifications are a plus!
- Outstanding communication and collaboration with an ability to build relationships and trust throughout the organization
- Solutions-focused approach to solving issues
- Drive for growth and continuous improvement
