IT Systems Administrator
Location: Provo, UT
Reports to: VP of Aftermarket Services
Compensation: $80 - $105K

Your Role:
As a proactive IT Systems Administrator, you will manage and support our mixed Linux and Windows environment. You'll maintain hardware, software, and network systems while ensuring seamless operations through troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. You will play a key role in our business operations to keep all systems running smoothly and bring a drive for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and maintain network and computer systems, including hardware, software, and configurations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming service tickets and assign resources efficiently.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Configure and manage desktop applications, deploy VOIP phones, and monitor system performance.
- Oversee user provisioning for network, telecom, and software systems, including email access.
- Analyze equipment performance to determine repair or replacement needs.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including work instructions and policies.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and promote best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in IT systems administration and support
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field is a plus, not required
- Proficiency in Linux, including command-line operations and utilities.
- Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and group policy administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Windows environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems, storage management, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Batch, or PowerShell.
