Sr. CNC Machinist / Programmer

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to : Lead Machinist / Programmer

Compensation : $150 - $180K

We are a state-of-the-art CNC machining facility in Salt Lake City specializing in high-precision production and prototyping for the semiconductor industry. Our rapidly growing team is shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing and partnering in the development of next-generation hardware.

Your Role :

You will be responsible for programming and machining geometrically complex, unique, high-precision workpieces utilizing your strong expertise. You will be a key player in design, developing custom parts and tools, programming CNC machines, and developing creative solutions to drive our products and industry forward. Your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work as part of a team will set you up for success in this dynamic role

What You’ll Do :

• Program, design, and machine complex, high-precision parts with unique geometric constraints
• Use advanced software and equipment including Fusion360, 5-axis machines, 3-axis mills, advanced tooling, and Fanuc controls to develop world-class semiconductor hardware
• Manage jobs from design and development, through prototyping and proving, through production and inspection
• Optimize and innovate processes through fixturing, tooling, and programming strategies
