Responsibilities:Staff Support and Supervision:
- Provide guidance and oversight to house managers to ensure consistent care standards.
- Offer supervision, support, and retraining to staff as needed.
- Conduct specific care training sessions and maintain training checklists for staff.
- Engage weekly with all staff (floats, direct support professionals, and house managers) to ensure alignment and support.
- Update house manager orientation materials.
- Implement staff appreciation programs.
Scheduling and Time Management:
- Manage and oversee staff schedules, including approving or denying shift bids and monitoring overtime.
- Review and approve house manager time cards daily, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Schedule medication assistance sessions for non-certified new hires and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
On-Call Coordination:
- Manage the on-call schedule and ensure contact information, phones, and binders are updated.
- Respond promptly to urgent coverage needs or staff issues.
Training and Development:
- Conduct new hire orientation and keep training materials current.
- Provide training on Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective communication and project management.
Performance and Evaluation:
- Conduct staff evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
- Monitor and ensure completion of daily tasks across all teams.
- Oversee float staff, maintain on-call schedules, and manage float lists.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential habilitation or a related field (preferred).
