The Learning Center, a division of Innovative Health Care Concepts (IHCC) is hiring a Program Supervisor for our Adult Developmental Disabilities Program.
As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in program management, development, and ensuring the well-being of our participants.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a human service field and least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job duties include:
- Creating and implementing new program curriculum
- Scheduling participants and staff
- Billing and data review
- Supervising paraprofessional staff
- Providing on-going training to staff
- Maintaining a caseload of billable hours
- Completing participant paperwork and maintaining compliance files
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in social work or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in supervising staff members to ensure program effectiveness.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
This role is essential in ensuring that all participants receive the highest quality of care while maintaining their rights and dignity.
