Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing consistent and thorough daily cleaning of all public areas at Turquoise Place, including condominium lobbies, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all public restrooms, ensuring they are spotless and well-stocked.
• Maintain the cleanliness of condominium lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and outdoor spaces, including pool areas and lounge furniture.
• Empty trash cans regularly and clean elevator floors and walls.
• Dust and polish glass doors and windows in lobbies.
• Assist with other duties as needed, such as responding to guest inquiries and reporting maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to lift/move approximately 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.
