Job Description
The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the aquatics department, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This includes supervising team members, completing work orders, purchasing inventory, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members to ensure efficient operation of the aquatics department
- Complete aquatics work orders, including troubleshooting equipment and verifying daily checklists
- Purchase inventory and safeguard supplies, equipment, and tools
- Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure optimal performance
- Develop team member work schedules and coordinate training needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in pool maintenance
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate
- Basic working knowledge of tools and ability to use them
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
