Essential Duties:
- Provide top-quality customer service to guests and servers
- Assist with food and beverage service
- Be knowledgeable of bar and food menus and services
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and outdoor dining areas
- Bus area and restock condiments as needed
- Assist in cleaning server areas, work areas, and tables
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel as needed
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in outside hot and inclement weather conditions
