Firm Overview:
Fund I fully deployed and strategically reserved.
Fund II is currently over 50% raised, targeting continued growth and success.
Focused on generating superior risk-adjusted returns, leveraging a flexible private credit strategy with private equity-type potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across various industries, focusing on tangible assets and cash flow-generating businesses.
Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor portfolio investments, including financial performance tracking and strategic engagement with management teams.
Collaborate on fundraising efforts, investor relations, and other firm-building initiatives.
Contribute to market research, deal pipeline development, and strategic assessments of target sectors.
Support the operational and administrative needs of a growing investment platform.
Target Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, curiosity, and flexibility to the role.
Qualifications:
Strong academic credentials in finance, accounting, or economics from a top-tier program.
2-5 years of professional experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, or buy-side roles.
Industry-agnostic with a preference for exposure to operating companies, tangible assets, and cash flow dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Self-starter mentality with an eagerness to grow alongside the firm and take on increasing responsibility.
Compensation: $120k-$150k base plus bonus
