Spectrum Search is working with a top real estate company in Dallas looking to add a newly created Real Estate Analyst role for its Multifamily Asset division.
This company is doing extremely well, they are going through acquisitions, and are growing quite a bit.
This role will handle the following :
- Use financial models, reporting, and analysis to support the asset management function
- Involved in the due diligence, underwriting, and analysis of investment opportunities
- Assist with valuation and return reports, cash flows, ad-hoc items, and present them to executive leadership
- Involved with asset management projects and work with complete Excel models
Depending on experience, this role will pay $85k-$100k bonus very big long-term incentive
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
