Spectrum Staffing Group is actively seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 10. This role is immediate and is critical to day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a leader who can hit the ground running, ensure quality and efficiency, and guide a growing team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily receiving and shipping operations, including inventory management and customer and/or distribution pickups
- Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates on a single day shift
- Ensure accurate and efficient pick and pack operations with a focus on quality and cost control
- Maintain smooth outbound freight preparation, including pallet building
- Manage product shipments efficiently and cost effectively
- Monitor performance to ensure lead times are met and operations stay on track
- Train and support new staff, creating a productive and cohesive team
- Coordinate with internal departments; logistics is already managed separately
Qualifications:
5 years in warehouse management
Proven track record of motivating, training and building a team
Experience with OEM and manufacturing
Degree or experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Energetic and hands-on work ethic
