Spectrum Staffing Group is actively recruiting an Accounting Supervisor over disbursements. This role leads a team that handles full-cycle AP and processes payroll through a managed payroll vendor. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both Accounts Payable processing and vendor management. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee the multistate payroll functions for approximately 1,000 employees.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR and Accounting on full-cycle operational areas for payroll and AP
- Review, audit and address exceptions with the team to prevent recurring errors and create efficiencies
- Oversee both domestic and global payroll through a managed payroll provider
- Meet deadlines with vendors by leading the research and resolution for payables
- Serve as the point of contact and "face" of the company for payroll onboarding and training
- Oversee the reimbursement and expense report processing for employees
- Ensure compliance for audit issues and work with auditors to address areas requiring improvements
- Lead by setting goals and adhering to the company's mission statement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area to accounting or HR
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to demonstrate leadership is disbursements accounting in both AP and Payroll
- Strong ability to adopt and implement new systems
- 5 years in AP and Payroll in a fast-paced company
- Ability to work onsite in downtown Dallas
- Certification in AP or payroll preferred (CPP, FPC or CAPP)
