What You’ll Do:
Lead and optimize Coupa post-implementation processes for seamless invoice processing and approvals.
Oversee high-volume AP operations for both U.S. and international vendors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Drive AP reporting improvements, providing critical insights to finance leadership.
Enhance internal controls and regulatory compliance, minimizing financial risks.
Lead the annual 1099 process across multiple entities.
Manage and mentor a high-performing AP team, fostering growth and accountability.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and executive teams to enhance AP functions and vendor relationships.
Identify and implement process automation opportunities using Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.
What You Bring:
7 years of hands-on AP experience, managing high-volume operations.
3 years in leadership, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams.
Expertise in Coupa optimization, reporting, and automation.
Strong ERP proficiency (Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced finance environment.
Strong executive presence and communication skills to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams.
