Our client in the Addison area is seeking an AP Manager to oversee their AP department The AP Manager will have experience in the following : Oversee the AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments Supervise team of AP direct reports, providing guidance and training on functions Reconcile AP ledger and generate AP reports for management Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently Develop and implement process improvements to enhance AP operations and automation Requirements : Experience in Deltek ERP system is required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) is required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and / or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
